Here is an interesting and realistic evaluation of the United States capability. Considering the recent news of ISIL (ISIS) and their vow to take the war back to U.S. citizens and home front, I thought it might be interesting for DPF members to read the capability. Granted the document was released in 2002, not much other than TSA and CDC push packages have the U.S. invested much in the last 5 years to prepare for the next event.

Just some food for thought.
