Oddly enough, this was a story yesterday, and is today....but...the story is COMPLETELY rewritten.

I wish I would have saved a copy, but yesterday's story was very doom and gloom, and focused on how vulnerable the grid is.

On the contrary, today's story is a complete 180. Talks about how the grid being a collection of grids makes it more secure, etc.

What the hell? Man, I wish I would have saved a screenshot yesterday. This is completely revisionist news!

The story yesterday was more along this line: (even mentioning the possible use of Cartels)
http://insider.foxnews.com/2014/09/...n-drug-cartel-attack-vulnerable-us-power-grid

But today, completely rewritten! What the hell?

At least there's video from yesterday, that is more in line with the actual, previous article:

I have a friend who works in the industry, as a power broker. The smaller grids trade power back and forth based on usage and need. It is true that a part of the grid, or one or more, could be taken down, without necessarily collapsing the grid nationwide. Recovery there would be more possible than with an EMP attack over us all nationally. It still could be devastating to a local metropolitan area, though, especially combined the resultant riots and looting which would follow.

I just can't believe how blatantly they changed the story, and that nobody seems to be calling them out on it. That's the scary part for me....
