Doc, why not? There is zero percent chance that this wacko is going to listen to any reason, he/she/it is just here to waste our time. You've made fine points. If we, the primary contributors to this forum put him on 'ignore', he'll just be talking to himself. All of the masses who only read & don't contribute will see each of us posting that we're ignoring him & know why his written vomit is not being responded to. And eventually he'll return to the septic tank he/she/it crawled out of. Anyone who listens to his evidence-free blather isn't going to listen to reason either. But, I respect your choice... your time, your choice.

We finially got some rain last night. Only 1/4" but that's a lot for us this time of year. The air is clear and cool this morning, no smoke. I'm going to try and put the roof on the duck house today. May even get another load of hay this afternoon. Life is good again.

@GeorgiaPeachie what kind of chickens? And how often do they lay eggs?
They are a mixture Mike of Americauna, Golden Comet and ISA Browns. The ISA Brown ones lay and egg every single day! Don’t make a lot of noise either. I recommend them if you are looking to get some hens. Americaunas lay 4-5 a week and are a lovely blue color. They are a small bird so it doesn’t eat as much.

Have they come after the nominee yet? I know they are queationing why a white family adopts black children and if they are using them as slaves? Liberals are desperate and stupid.
I have found that Buff Orpingtins are very friendly, Speckled Sussex are good for brood hens, Rhode Island Reds are goid layers and friendly. I have Lace Wyandotts, Langshan roosters. Note: chickens with feathered feet are pretty, but mine stay bloody and uglt because they get pulled out quite often.
My son is starting back in person school on Monday. I dont like the idea of the 100 mile travel, but he misses his friends. He is nervous about the virus though. His school is taking major precautions though. Maybe too many. We need our germs ti build our immunities.

The ducks won't care but it matters where the door goes in relation to the run. Plus I wanted the window to face SW.
