Cast Iron Pans

I have tried soaping pans before and ended up with a bigger mess in the end. Im not sure what the problem was. Never tried it again. I would like to hear from others if it worked. I was using aluminum pans with a fancy coating on the bottom.

You don't need a thick coating of the dish soap, very thin. It works best if you do this from the start before there is any black on the pan.

Hi, that set that Danil54grl recommends looks perfect for us, only problem is that E-bay nor Amazon ships to the Philippines?? I cannot find any cast iron here at all. Any suggestions anybody ???
