SIASD, they placed their bets and rolled the dice and it came up snake eyes. Sorry grampa, they were in the wrong place, doing the wrong thing and paid the price. Maybe dad and grampa should have done a better job raising them. Second, there is no such thing as a fair fight. That is why firearms are equalizers, 3 to 1 and the one wins.

While I agree with the outcome (I am certainly capable of shooting masked, armed home intruders), I still think it's tragic...especially because they were all so young, and perhaps salvagable if they could have been turned down a better path.

That having been said, I probably would have shot as well.
