1600' tsunami weapon "missing"

A Russian sub has vanished from its Atlantic arctic harbor. Vanished as in we lost track of it. This sub carries "the Armageddon weapon" an underwater nuclear cobalt 59 (becomes cobalt 60 on detonation) torpedo drone which could cause a 1600' radioactive tsunami on a coastline....it is estimated to be as large as 100 megaton. This thing can be planted on the sea floor then remotely controlled to travel 6000-10,000 miles at 70 knots (uses stealth technology) and can then be remotely detonated.

Now here is an appealing option to Puttin . Wipe out New York City , Most of California and probably Washington DC by submerging them underwater for a while . Later he can have his Russian rape troops or his China buddies walk in and reap the spoils of war without overly exposing them to radiation . -- As a prepper I have established our survival retreat on top of a 300 foot cliff hundreds of miles from the ocean . Also we have trained one of our own as an airplane piolet and have bought and have on hand an airplane for evacuation if foreign troops come in looting and looking for slaves .

It would be quite some time...the half life of cobalt 60 is 5.27 years (the longest lived radio isotope of cobalt).
