The UK has voted to leave the EU, Nigel Farage and UKIP along with a few patriotic Tories and Labour MPs have led the UK to FREEDOM from the evil EU.

We did not go quietly into the night, we stood our ground and fought the fight, Today (23rd) will be remembered as our INDEPENDENCE DAY.

People are out in the streets laughing and crying with joy.

52% out 48% remain. Trouble is brwing though, Leadership challenges for both Tories and Labour the Scots and Ulstermen both want referendums on leaving the UK. Its a good day to be english.

The one thing I find bizarre they banned the Union Jack and the English flag at some if not all polling stations with some calling the English flag a flag of hate... WTHeck

I didn't get to read the article, but saw a blurb that it won't be an overnight withdrawal from the EU, it could take up to five years for the transition. That will probably help with the volatility of the world markets anyways. I saw at one point the Dow was down over 500 points, but don't know where ti closed yet. Either way, my measly 401k is untouchable for close to ten years now. This will be long past before I can sell. I just hope there will still be value in the market then from the next five financial calamities done the road.

I remember clear as yesterday a senior French Minister telling up 40 years ago we will HARMONISE the most LIBERAL of all member states laws, EG gun laws will be liberalised to the most relaxed gun controls are shared equally across all of europe, there will no NO restrictions or licence on shotguns or 22LR rifles and you nwont need a licence for ANY non military calibre, they lied then and they are still lying NOW. Socialists and Democrats are the Enemy of what BOTH our nations were founded upon.
