BREAKING: Ten People Shot in Minneapolis, Reports of ‘100 People Fighting With Various Weapons’

Minneapolis has been severely under policed since the rioting began, as politicians and media continue to cause hostility towards law enforcement.

Moments ago 7 people shot, now "one hundred people are fighting with various weapons" at the same spot in Uptown, Minneapolis. https://twitter.com/a__pet/status/1274593733770649600 …

A report on the police scanner described the shooter as a black male with a fade cut, gold teeth, and an all black Adidas jogging suit.

Prior to the shooting, people were “protesting” by doing burn outs on the same street.“

Why do these reporters continue to call this out and out destruction and brutality “protests”?? Do the Dems think they can end this without turning our entire country over to the thugs?

1 Man Dead, 11 People Wounded in Minneapolis Shooting
One man is dead and 11 people suffered non-life-threatening wounds in a shooting in Minneapolis, police there said early Sunday.

Minneapolis police had first said 10 people had been shot with “various severity levels of injuries,” but revised their total upward in a tweet posted just after 3 a.m. The man died at the hospital, not at the scene, according to the police daily media briefing sheet.

An initial tweet from Minneapolis police advised the public to avoid the area in Uptown Minneapolis, a commercial district that includes several bars and restaurants. Minnesota began allowing bars and restaurants to reopen with limited service on June 1 after some six weeks of closure because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Photographs posted to social media showed windows at the Landmark's Uptown Theatre and another storefront shot out.

Screams were audible on a live video posted to Facebook that showed the aftermath at the scene. Small crowds of people gathered, with some crouched over victims lying on the pavement before police officers on bicycles showed up to attend to them. Splatters of blood on the pavement were visible in the video after the victims were taken to local hospitals — some via ambulance and others in private vehicles, according to the police release.

CHICAGO OVER THE WEEKEND

Chicago recorded at least 11 killed and 67 wounded during an outbreak of violence, according to Fox 32. The deaths included a 3-year-old and a 13-year-old girl. The teenage girl was home Saturday night when she was struck in the neck from the shot fired from outside. She was pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital.

CBS Chicago reported that eight of those shot were children and teens, four of them died. The 3-year old was with his stepfather at about 6:30 p.m. on Saturday when he was struck in the back. Witnesses told the station that the gunfire came from a blue Honda.

“Tears are a natural reaction to these tragic stories of violence. But we need to do more than just cry,” Chicago Police Supt. David Brown said. “Let’s keep violent offenders in jail longer, and let’s revamp the home monitoring system. It’s not working.”
