I have a pair of Bates desert combat boots, they are lightweight, warm and comfortable. Has anyone had a pair before? If so did you like them? Any complaints?

i've had many bates boot, and have liked all of them. the only issue i have is i stand on my heel a lot, and wear that part of the inside real quick. other than that, all bates boots that i hve owned, are great. not so heavy, tough, and look good.
I used them in military school and they are some great boots in my opinion, but I haven't gotten the chance to test them in the timber I have around my hometown. Hopefully this summer will afford me that opportunity. They hold up great in the snow. We got about 2 and a half ft this past week and I love these boots now lol
