Got a big pot of 15bean soup going with the ham bone I froze weeks ago. The house smells really good right now but it has a couple hours to go yet. Been simmering all day. Will do some sweet cornbread with it and that’s going to be dinner for at least a few days now.

Chicken breasts stuffed with feta cheese, spinach, garlic, sundries tomatoes. Chicken flavored Rice O Roni and steemed broccoli

Chicken sandwich made with a free range chicken boiled in rice wine. Some hummus on the side. Sandwich made with Arnold brand "Health Nut" bread, and some lettuce and cheese. Instead of mayo it was drizzled with olive oil...and hot sauce.

these were home cooked beef burgers not under cooked ones from MacDonalds!! all our meals are home cooked.
