can you take any man's bare knuckle punch to your abs? Check out the "legendary abs" program. I've done level 9 for 30 years now, having added 30 chinese situps to the routine. What I've found, tho, is that the recommended 50 hyperextentions are not enough of a workout for your back to match your abs. If you want to keep from being hunched over, you need to use a weight machine to help train your lower back. This lack really shows up in the swimming pool. Your abs are so much stronger than your back that you can barely break water with your feet as you swim. Having your lower body hang down like that creates tremendous drag in the water.
