Can't believe anything in the media initially. I can tell you for certain after watching a video that it was fully automatic weapons fire. Something most of the media hasn't even figured out yet.

It's sad that tragic events like these are exploited and used to punish law abiding citizens. More importantly...thoughts and prayers to victims and their families.

This story just doesn't pass the smell test. There are too many things that don't add up. A 64 year old retiree staying with his girlfriend/wife for a weekend in Vegas at a resort suddenly turns mass murderer?

Why do you need 10 guns when 10 mags with one gun is all you need? Maybe one or two backup guns but TEN GUNS??? WHY???

His girlfriend/roommate/wife (depending on the source) was allegedly staying in the hotel room with him, and after initially putting out her picture which was plastered all over the TV and Internet, now she is no longer a "person of interest" to police? How can that be???

So was he found dead, or shot dead by police??? If he was found dead, I'm curious to see what the forensics say about the scene. What if someone else's fingerprints (or no fingerprints) are on the guns?

Now the AP is reporting that ISIS claims that the shooter converted to Islam months ago.

Now it comes out that he did NOT live in a retirement home, he had a 400,000 house in a retirement community.
He was a pilot and owned two planes.
He had no social media presense.
He had no criminal history.
His girlfriend/wife was not in Vegas with him.
According to his brother:

"He had a couple of guns but they were all handgun, legal...he might have had one long gun, but he had them in a safe,"

"He’s just a guy who lived in Mesquite who liked burritos."​

But he DID apparently have a gambling problem.

Once it gets to the main stream media you will see he was part of the left wing antifa crowd and had ties to islam , isis claims him and the shooting . Antifa claims he was part of them and that he made the nazi's pay at a Country music fest . Either way he was a leftist progressive with lots of diversity. His girl friend spent time in the middle east and isis claims he converted to islam 2 months ago .

EVERY DAY around 3,300 people die in traffic accidents which equates to about 1.3 million traffic related fatalities per year. These deaths are rarely if ever publicized nor even discussed.

I was in grade school when that Columbine tragedy in Colorado occurred. That was like the 911 of mass shootings and it seems like people have become almost perversely obsessed with these types of events ever since.

This has resulted in a steady stream of copycat type of events here in America. The larger the death toll the more EXPOSURE these lowlife lunatics receive.

The media as a whole has no conscience. They milk these tragedies for everything they're worth until the next big thing comes along. They essentially indirectly ENCOURAGE and PROMOTE these types of events with zero ACCOUNTABILITY on their end.

Don't encourage the media and AVOID clicking their click bait.

This event is sad and unfortunate. I wish we had the ability to prevent events like these from happening. We don't unfortunately.

I won't however encourage nor promote lowlife lunatics whom commit these types of crimes by giving them what they SEEK in the first place...ATTENTION.

This wasn't a copy cat it was political hate . The guy had been at that hotel for a week planning . IMO He had help to make sure the right crowd was there to make their point .
