I've heard copper has some anti microbial properties. Why not try silver? Seriously though, bleach kills anything. Just hose everything down with it.

done work at modern wards,where patients are no more than one or two / room,those are okay,the older types with four / room are a disaster to come.
more you cram into one room,worse it gets.
