I figured it out, multiple blows were struck, so this had to be an Assault Hammer and since it killed, it must be a weapon of war, so they should create more anti gun laws. See the logic is simple.

Not really sure. It could be an assault hammer (thrown and comes back = repeater ) or be considered artillery due to it's destructive potential. But either way the liberals will equate it destructive use as being contaminated by the proximately of firearms, so more gun laws are needed.
