had to check the contents of the flu shot they gave me and it had none of the above,so you must have something different over the pond.
and I don't belive in the "big pharma conspiracies" about the flu shots,prolly someone thinks they inject you with nano-bots and other
electronics to mind control you.
I’m not a big conspiracy theorist either. I do know that all vaccines have some risk, but the prepper in me looks at them and evaluates wether the reward is worthwhile. The flu shot, even with this years bad match to the strain, is still well worth getting.

My arm is a little sore today, and I have a mild headache. Can’t be certain the headache is shot related, but likely is. Either way, we’ll worth it if it either helps prevent the flu or makes it a milder illness.

I get the shot every year, and have the same side effects.

Never underestimate the flu. A lot of doctors believe that Parkinson's Disease later in life is a consequence of having the flu in your younger years.

I'll have to translate the contents from fin-swe to eng,do it once I get back home,helping my bro with their move today....and tomorrow..

magnesiumkloridiheksahydraatti ->magnesium salt of hydrochloric acid
kaliumdivetyfosfaatti -> Potassium hydrogen phthalate
dinatriumfosfaattidihydraatti ->sodium phosphate
natriumkloridi -> sodium chloride
kalsiumklorididihydraatti -> calcium chloride
magnesiumkloridiheksahydraatti -> Magnesium Chlorid,
plus some water and inert flus of various types.

this is what I got from the content list and online from my FIMEA,bureau that controls what's in the meds.

there seems to be some differences,small ones,depending are you on the northern or southern hemisphere,found small differences in basically the same flu shot,when I looked up the content here and what they have in New Zeeland,don't know why,but that can also be that I'm just a medic interpeting and reading
those lists,not a doctor.

Our news doesn’t talk much about other countries in detail, in regards to how numbers of people actually dying from the flu. How is it in Finland? So far we have had 53 children lost this year from it. Even though that sounds bad, compared to traffic fatalities it’s a miniscule number. Unless of course one of them was your child.

21 sofar,but those are only people how died in hospitals,they estimate that the death toll will be between 500-2000 this year alone

I can’t find how many people have died from it here on the web. Just California had 36 people die last week, but there aren’t any good sites to see where the us is currently.

I used to get a free flu jab every year but I stopped about 5 years ago because there was some controversy about what was in it and the nurse would never say so I stopped.
I haven't had the flu since but then I don't mix with big crowds in the winter and I carry a bottle of hand sanitizer gel and use it when i'm out and about.

Flu shot didn’t stop this new flu. I’ve been down 5 days with a serious fever. It’s the sickest I’ve ever been. Went to the hospital twice. Both times sent home and told to stack Tylenol and ibuprofen to keep it down. Given cough syrup with codine and told to try and stay hydrated. Anyone who gets this bug. Be prepared to be down for weeks.

Sorry to hear you’ve had it so bad. I just heard on the news that the dc area was getting hit hard by it about a week ago. Loads of Gatorade, and hope you’re over it soon.

We seem to have dodged the bullet over here. There was a few weeks over Dec/Jan that were rough, but looking at the flu map this week it seems to have peaked and new cases are waning. Scotland has had it bad though. A lot of people have heeded advice and got vaccinated which I think may have helped. I had mine last September.
