Although not military specs, I’ve gotten away from things that use solely batteries. I have a solar usb charger that has a really bright LED light. I recently went through my bob and noticed it was dead. I set it in a window and it’s good to go again. The durability of it may be in question though. I wonder if the military has a tougher version of something like this?

This is the flashlight that broke the mold and shook up the whole flashlight world. The SK98, which uses the 18650 lithium ion battery (looks like a AA battery on steroids). It's smaller brother, the SK68 is a scaled down pocket sized version that uses either AA or 14500 lithium ion.

I have three of these lights, they are good lights (the scaled down version) I keep them in the vehicles

The mag lights that I owned were good ones but they sure liked eating bulbs, the newer LED are not as reliable as Led Lenser SureFire Streamlight or even these cheap UltraFires.
Ты свою жопу вымой, Сакартвелло, и не рядись под американца..
Че ты там воняешь, чурка черножопая про русских?
Я те в реале обеспечу забег с разбрасыванием оружия, как твой поганый народец сделал в 2008.

I use to only buy flashlights that used at least 2 D batteries. Now I've got 2 of them. 1 that uses 4 AA batteries. I don't know how many that uses 2 AA or AAA batteries,as well.

Lot of my flashlights use single AA and some use single AAA but my brighter lights are using 14500, CR123A and the 18650. You can get the ultrafire mini that uses both the AA or 14500, the 14500 will push the mini in the 360l range, the mini cost around 5 bucks and I seen a 2 pack for $7 very inexpensive. I've seen 4 14500 batteries with charger for $15 bucks on Amazon.

Google translate =

You wash your ###, Sakartvello, and don’t stand under the American ..
Che you stink there, chock black-nosed about Russian?
I will provide those in real life with the scattering of weapons, as your rotten folk did in 2008.

I am sure it is losing something in translation but I really don't think this is helpful to the dialog. 4Runner, you might want to work on translating into English to post if you really want a clear message to be sent.
