Hello everyone,
We get a large amount of snow where we live and last winter it got me thinking, what are some of the advantages to living in an area with snow?
Some of the things that I've thought about is the access to water. All you have to do is take a metal cup outside, fill it up and melt it and you have water. The other thought I had about it is that if the SHTF then you'd have a sorta natural barrier between you and others. With no one clearing the roads, vehicles won't be able to drive and people will be forced onto snowmobiles or on foot.
Has anyone thought about any other advantages to having a snow storm during an extended SHTF?
Obviously there are disadvantages but this thread should just be for advantages
