Modernisation plus a shortage of sheeps stomachs and add a fear of passing BSE to humans.supposed to have added to my comment about;
The haggis came in like a spring-roll type outer though it wasn't the traditional stomach lining
More like a mouthful of polystyrene. If you don't smother them with butter, cheese and salt and pepper, it's just like styrofoam.I actually have no idea what Grits are, but I was told its like eating powdered Brick.
Never heard of that either.
He travels the world, eating the most unusual and disgusting things around
I've tried some pretty bizarre things over the years. Octupuss, oysters, fish eggs, snails, fried organs, raw fish, etc. Usually when something tastes bad I just won't try it again, but I've tried oysters and snails several times, and they are still nasty! I say if you don't try new things, then you'll never know if you could've had a new favorite.Life is too short to eat bad food.....
